The way we work at Dream Dentistry is we have a policy that every person gets attention from a person. When you call, you will not get an answering machine. You will get a human on the end of the line every time. If it's not during our office hours, we go to the far extent of getting people to answer the phone after hours from 7:00 a.m. in the morning to 11:00 p.m. every day of the week, seven days a week. You can get a hold of us.
Now, if it's a Saturday afternoon and you get the answering service, they're going to give you the option, "Do you want to contact Dr. Roeder? " They will call me right when you call, and say, "This person would like a call back. " You will get a call back from the doctor as soon as your call happens. You hang up, they call me, I call you, and I find out how I can help you. If we have to come into the office, we're coming into the office. That's what we have to do to provide five-star service because you expect it and you deserve it.
What Counts As A Dental Emergency?
Dental health issues can escalate quickly. We’d rather you call us. We can decide together how urgent your need for care is so you don’t have to suffer through the pain alone and remain uncertain how serious your situation is.
Some common dental emergencies Dr. Roeder has seen his patients through are:
- Cracked or fractured tooth
- Loose or knocked-out tooth
- Broken or severely chipped tooth
- Tooth infection or abscess
- Intense oral pain
We were getting ready to leave for a trip to Alaska and my husband's crown broke and we couldn't get to our regular dentist. We came here, fixed him all up because we were going to be away for about 10 days and I wanted my husband to be able to smile and have confidence with his smile. And he did. I've had some things where I've had an emergency also. I've had a veneer fall off and I'm very happy with the service here. I also like ... The last couple years, since I stopped working, I don't have the benefit of that dental insurance but he has a nice dental plan here that both my husband and I are on and it really saves us some money so we're very happy with that also.
