Nearly 30 years ago, Dr. Roeder began his career with some of the most challenging oral surgery procedures. Experience and advances in technology have only made these challenges easier to take on. He graduated at the Temple University Dental School then did a general practice residency program at Sacred Heart Hospital. When you or a loved one is in need of oral surgery in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, our dentists, Dr. Gordon Roeder and Dr. Zachary Kulp, and team are who you should trust.
Dream Dentistry & Sleep Care is conveniently located for patients in the surrounding communities of Allentown, Doylestown, Bethlehem, Pottstown and Lansdale looking for a dentist. See our options for oral surgery below:
Tooth Extractions
Although Dr. Roeder and Dr. Kulp are qualified to do all dental extractions, including impacted wisdom teeth, we will not rush to remove your tooth. If your tooth can be saved, we will place a restoration or perform a root canal procedure. If your tooth must come out, we will not leave you with a gap in your smile. We have many options for replacing your missing tooth.
Your Tooth Replacement Options
We recommend you replace your missing tooth with a dental implant. A dental implant is the next best thing to your natural tooth. Because dental implants bond with your jaw, they are durable, stable and will not increase your bone loss like other replacement options.
Dr. Roeder and Dr. Kulp also offer dentures and dental bridges. Both can be used with dental implants.
Building Up Bone and Gum for Dental Implants
A bone graft is a procedure our dentists will perform if your jawbone needs a little bolstering so it can support your new dental implant. The graft has the ability to create new bone that will be strong enough to support dental implants.
A gum graft works much in the same way but with gum tissue. Although a gum graft can be performed to treat receding gums, we now offer patients the minimally invasive Chao® Pinhole Technique for gum recession treatment.
A ridge augmentation combines a bone graft with a gum graft to build up your bone and gum tissue so they can securely hold your dental implant in place.
